If you need to email a list of a patient’s appointments, you can easily do this from the patient’s profile.

Open the patient's profile.

Click the Appointments tab.

Filter, sort or customise the appointment list to specify which appointments you want to send. (For a quick guide on how to customise and filter your lists, see our support article: Manage your lists and reports)

In the top right of the appointment list, click the
envelope icon.

In the pop-up, enter your required details.

Click Send.
Your recipient/s receives the list of appointments according to your specifications.
