If you have duplicate profiles for the same patient, you can merge them instead of deleting. Merging patient profiles combines all records from the duplicates.
Caution
Merging patient profiles cannot be undone.

Click Patients > Patient List.

In the list, click on one of the duplicate patient profiles. This will be your "source" profile, which holds the data you want to transfer in the merge.

In the top right of the profile, click Edit.

In the top left of the Edit Profile form, click Merge.

In the pop-up, enter the name of the other patient profile you want to merge with, which will be your "destination" profile that will be the main profile after the merge. Then click Next.

A list displays all the records from the source profile to be added into the destination profile. To confirm, click Merge.
Note
The merged profile retains the personal information (name, date of birth, patient status, gender-related fields) of the destination profile.
