Stay connected with potential patients who begin filling out a form from a public form link, but don't complete the submission. When enabled, Data Capture automatically saves the name and contact details entered as a new patient profile in your patient list. This allows you to follow up if needed and reduce missed opportunities.

Click Settings > General.

Under the Patient Profiles section, next to Data Capture, click the
pencil icon.

In the pop-up, select Completed and abandoned bookings and patient forms.

Click Save.
Patient information from incomplete forms from form links will be automatically saved to your patient list.
Note
New patients with incomplete patient forms are initially saved with a Current status. If they do not complete their booking within 30 minutes, their patient status changes to Lead. You can quickly locate these patients by filtering your patient list by Status.
