Users with read-only access can view data (appointments, patient records, clinical notes) according to their access level, but cannot make any changes. This is useful if you want to limit a practitioner's access to only view their own records.
Set a user to read-only access

Click Settings > Users.

Under your practice group, next to the user’s name, click the
pencil icon.

In the pop-up, set the user’s access level to any level except Full Access. (Personal Access is recommended.)

Under the access settings list, tick the checkbox Read Only Access.

Click Save.
