Add NZBN to invoices

Halaxy automatically displays the practice location's or individual practitioner's business/tax identification number in every issued invoice. All you need to do is enter the NZBN in the system, and it automatically appears on all your invoices.

Add NZBN for a practice location

When you set an NZBN for a practice location, this NZBN is used by default in invoices for all practitioners at that location. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the practice location’s details section, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, for the NZBN field, enter the location's NZBN.

  4. Click Save.

Add NZBN for an individual practitioner

When you choose to set an NZBN for an individual practitioner, this NZBN is used in invoices for that practitioner instead of the practice location’s NZBN. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the relevant location, for the relevant practitioner, click the Icon-Plus.svg plus icon to expand their details. Next to NZBN in Use, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, enter the practitioner’s NZBN.

  4. Click Save.
