View status of invoice emails

When you email invoices to patients or organisation, Halaxy lets you know whether they have been sent successfully or not. This helps you verify and ensure that your intended recipients have received their invoices.

If you are experiencing issues with invoice emails, you can try troubleshooting this issue oremail our support team.

View send status of an invoice email

  1. Open the invoice.

  2. On the top-right, click the Icon-Send.svg paper plane icon.

  3. In the Send Invoice Email pop-up, scroll down to the bottom to see the Email History section. This displays the status of emails sent with this invoice.
