View invoice payment history

Every invoice paid through Halaxy electronic payments records a payment history with details of the transaction, including:

  • Who processed the payment (the patient themselves or a member of your practice)

  • How a patient processed the payment (patient portal or payment link)

  • Date and status of the payment transfer

  • The bank account where the payment is transferred.

View invoice payment history

  1. Open the invoice.

  2. Under the Payments section, click the Successful link for the completed payment.

  3. The Payment History pop-up appears with the transaction details in sections.

Note

The bank details appear only after the transfer is successfully completed.
