Open the patient profile. Underneath the patient's name, there is a link labeled "Invite to patient portal". If you cannot find this link, the patient portal feature is disabled in your practice.
To enable patient invitations: Click Settings > General. Under the Patient Access section, click Edit.
Yes. For security reasons, patients require a patient portal for you to share information through Halaxy.
