Create a report notification

Report notifications help you stay up to date with information you want to be alerted to, without having to manually run and check reports. When you create a report notification, Halaxy automatically displays an in-app alert when your saved report has generated new results, based on a schedule you set. You can choose to receive a single notification for the entire report or separate notifications for each result within it.

With report notifications, you can:

  • Save time by receiving reports automatically, without the need to run them manually.

  • Stay informed with timely updates that help you act on the latest data.

  • Tailor notification preferences - such as type, schedule and frequency - to match your workflow and needs.

Note

Report notifications are currently available only for Contact > Referral report types. We are working to expand this feature to more report types.

Tip

You can also use campaigns from reports to notify patients when their referrals are expiring or running out.

Add a report notification

  1. Run a report with the relevant filters you want to be notified about. (Example: A report of referrals expiring next week for patients with a Current status)

  2. Save the report and give it a name. (Example: Expiring Referrals)

  3. At the top, click Create Report Notification.
